SecureAuth Corporation's Terms of Use apply to websites at secureauth.com and associated platforms. By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Additional terms may apply to specific areas.

General Use

The Site provides access to software, materials (web pages, documentation, media), and community services. All content is owned by SecureAuth and protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes
  • Damage or interfere with SecureAuth servers
  • Attempt unauthorized access through hacking or password mining
  • Remove copyright or trademark notices from content

Software Use

Software use follows accompanying agreements. If no specific agreement exists, users may use software according to these Terms without modification or redistribution.

Material Use

Users may download, display, and print Materials for personal use while retaining proprietary notices. SecureAuth doesn't warrant accuracy or completeness of Materials and may update them without notice.

Community Services Use

Community Services are provided as a convenience, not as official support channels. User content may not be redistributed or used to collect personal data about other users.

User Content

By sharing content, users grant SecureAuth worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licenses to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute content. Users warrant they have rights to grant these licenses.

Users must not share content that is:

  • False or misleading
  • Defamatory, obscene, or harassing
  • Used for stalking
  • Violates others' rights
  • Protected by confidentiality
  • Commercial or spam-related
  • Contains viruses or malicious code

SecureAuth reserves rights to remove content and doesn't endorse User Content.

Monitoring

SecureAuth may monitor the Site and edit or remove User Content at its discretion.

Access, Accounts, Password And Security

Users must be of legal age. Registration requires accurate information. Users are responsible for account confidentiality and must notify SecureAuth of unauthorized access.

Privacy

SecureAuth's Privacy Policy governs personal data use and is incorporated into these Terms.

Links To Other Websites

The Site may include links to external websites. SecureAuth doesn't endorse linked sites. Users navigate external links at their own risk.

Products And Services

SecureAuth's obligations regarding products are governed solely by purchase agreements. Not all products may be available in all countries.

SecureAuth trademarks and logos require prior written consent for use. Marks include: Circle Split-S Design Logo, Secure Auth, SecureAuth, and SecureAuth Labs.

Termination Of Use

SecureAuth may modify, suspend, or terminate Site access at any time without notice or liability.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. SecureAuth doesn't promise uninterrupted service, error-free content, or specific results. All information is subject to change. SecureAuth disclaims all warranties including merchantability and fitness for purpose.

Limitation Of Liability

SecureAuth won't be liable for damages from Site use, including indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnity

Users indemnify SecureAuth and affiliates from claims arising from Site use, User Content sharing, or Terms violations.

Export Control

SecureAuth operates from the United States. Users cannot export content in violation of applicable laws.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Users agree to exclusive jurisdiction in California courts. Causes of action must commence within one year or are permanently barred. Users waive jury trial rights.

Miscellaneous

Forward-looking statements are based on variables beyond SecureAuth's control. These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior understandings. If provisions are void, they'll be limited to minimum extent necessary.
