Joseph is a security industry veteran with deep strategy, technology and operations experience, and a customer centric approach to innovation. Throughout his career, Joseph has been an operational strategist providing business leadership, from vision through execution, for technology-fueled companies, with a proven track record of accelerating profitable growth and transformation for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 to private equity-backed firms.

Prior to joining SecureAuth, Joseph served as Vice President, PingOne Advanced Services at Ping Identity, where he was the general manager leading the go to market and operations strategy for Ping’s Advanced cloud solution, taking the offering from $0 to a significant contribution of Ping Identity Revenue in just 3 years. Before his seven plus years with Ping Identity, Joseph had a diverse senior leadership tenure spanning strategy, operations, IT, and software engineering at organizations such as TeleTech, CenturyLink, Qwest and US West.

Joseph holds a Master of Engineering from the College of Engineering Guindy at Anna University, and a combined Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University in India.

Karan Dua is the Chief Financial Officer at SecureAuth, where he is responsible for the company’s global general and administrative function which includes accounting, finance, treasury, tax, and legal. Dua is an accomplished finance executive and brings over 20 years of corporate and operational finance experience across the technology industry. During his career, Dua has worked with public, venture capital-backed, and private equity-backed high-growth technology companies.

Prior to SecureAuth, Dua worked at PlanGrid (acquired by Autodesk) where he scaled the finance function to support the Company’s hyper revenue growth. He also worked at YuMe ($170M revenue public company) where he focused on transforming operations in a number of key business functions. Karan also brings valuable experience working for Big 4 accounting firms PwC and Ernst & Young, where he focused on publicly traded and start-up technology companies. Karan has an MBA from UC Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of California.

As CPO, Brook Lovatt defines SecureAuth’s product strategy and leads the teams responsible for building and managing the company’s market leading solutions for workforce and customer Identity & Access Management (IAM) experiences. With over 23 years of experience in IAM, Brook is a highly regarded industry expert and public speaker who often takes to the stage at conferences and other special events to discuss the latest trends and technologies enabling identity security and open data ecosystems.

Brook joined SecureAuth following the company’s acquisition of Cloudentity, a leading CIAM provider, where he was CEO. Prior to Cloudentity, Brook co-founded Pragma Technology Group a boutique IT security firm, led global service delivery for IBM Security’s Cloud Identity offering, and served in executive and technical leadership posts at Lighthouse Security Group, Oracle and Encode. Brook holds a Computer Engineering degree from Northwestern University.

Tom Smith is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at SecureAuth, leading the company’s global go-to-market strategy and driving revenue growth. With over 20 years of experience across SaaS, cybersecurity, financial and professional services sectors, Tom is an accomplished leader known for building high-performing and diverse teams.

Prior to joining SecureAuth, Tom served as CRO at Blueteam AI, where he developed the go-to-market strategy for a GenAI Security Gateway SaaS solution. At IriusRisk, he led North American growth as GM and CRO, overseeing sales, alliances, customer success, and marketing, while implementing data-driven strategies that enhanced forecasting accuracy and pipeline development.

Tom has also held senior leadership roles at Swimlane and Optiv Security, where he led global sales and strategic partnerships, driving significant revenue growth, including over $1.2B in sales at Optiv’s Major Accounts Division.

Tom holds a B.A. in Global Leadership from DePaul University and is known for fostering collaborative, results-driven cultures.

As Senior Vice President of Engineering, Lukasz leads SecureAuth’s talented engineering and technology teams in developing the company’s market-leading Workforce and Customer Identity and Access Management solutions. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry he is a seasoned and results-driven cybersecurity leader specializing in authentication, identity, and authorization.

Lukasz is passionate about advancing state-of-the-art API security and advocating for open standards, such as OAuth and OIDC, in emerging fields including open banking, machine identity, and transactional authorization. An accomplished thought leader, he has contributed to several industry publications and certifications.

Lukasz joined SecureAuth following the acquisition of Cloudentity, where he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Cloudentity, a CIAM solution provider. Prior to Cloudentity he held security and engineering posts at technology consulting firms including Keyboarders and Snapshorts, and at global enterprises including Sterling Health Plans, East America Corporation and GMV. He holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.

Jeremy leads the Customer Success, Professional Services and Customer Support teams at SecureAuth, partnering closely with the entire organization to deliver an unwavering focus on making it easy for customers to succeed in their next-generation authentication and access management journey.

An interdisciplinary leader with a passion for team development, Jeremy has helped build and grow global teams to create innovative solutions while championing customer success and value. With nearly two decades of leadership experience in services, support, and project management, prior to joining SecureAuth Jeremy held management posts at Ping Identity and Hewlett Packard.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Studies, a Master of Arts in Worldview Studies from Clarks Summit University, and is PMP© certified.
